Especially after the comprehensive implementation of gas field optimization and simplified management in recent years, some natural gas production wells have realized unattended. In order to enable managers to grasp the dynamics of the production site in time and reduce the difficulty of production management; It is very necessary to establish a set of all-round remote real-time image information monitoring system to reduce management cost, improve production efficiency and ensure safe and stable production.

  So how can we effectively grasp the production safety status of these gas wells? This requires the help of a complete set of network video monitoring system, which is a system integrating computer IP video technology, video and audio data compression and decompression processing technology, Internet application technology and embedded web server technology. Through this set of system, the real-time images and data of each gas well can be transmitted back to the network monitoring center, where the real-time status of each front section can be known, and the alarm system is equipped, which can find and solve problems in time, so as to ensure the stable operation of each gas well and safe production.

  This project is an intelligent monitoring system for gas wells. There are 100 independent gas wells. Each gas well needs to be equipped with a set of alarm system (SMS function can be set, jy-rtu4100) and a set of video monitoring system, including 2 pairs of infrared radiation for perimeter alarm, a smart medium speed ball, real-time acquisition of user's on-site image.   2、 Design ideas

  As each gas well is located in a remote area, cables cannot be erected and can only be transmitted through wireless mode, which requires video and alarm signals to be converted into digital signals for network transmission; In addition, there are two defense areas and one medium speed ball. In order to achieve better linkage effect, the medium speed ball needs to have the preset position function. Each defense area is linked with the preset position of the medium speed ball. When an alarm occurs, valuable real-time images can be captured in time through the preset position function of the medium speed ball.

  After all video images are transmitted to the network monitoring center, they will be stored in real time for 24 hours to facilitate future data query. In addition, when there is an alarm, in addition to the local alarm signal of the gas well, there needs to be a real-time monitoring picture pop-up in the center to see the scene more intuitively; It has voice alarm prompt, and accurately displays the location of the alarm on the electronic map.


  3、 Design scheme

  In order to establish a set of modern gas well intelligent monitoring system integrating prevention, control and management as soon as possible, strengthen the scientificity of management and decision-making of relevant departments, improve work efficiency, ensure the safe operation of each gas well, and provide scientific decision-making basis for managers for temporary emergencies, a complete network video monitoring management scheme is made according to the needs of this project.

  This scheme is a set of network video management system based on Kaiwei's network video integrated management platform and using wireless bridge. It is mainly divided into four parts: video acquisition, coding transmission, network video centralized management and alarm linkage.

  3.1 video acquisition:

  The video acquisition part refers to the Kaiwei HD camera installed at the front end. They are installed at the appropriate position of each gas well to monitor the overall situation of the gas station. Here, we choose Kaiwei 150m 7-inch array infrared medium speed ball camera, which can realize 360 ° continuous rotation and facilitate rapid tracking; Built in 650 line HD low illumination integrated camera, 22 times zoom, color to black and white; The built-in 150m array infrared lamp will automatically turn on at night or when the light is dark, and the camera will automatically switch to black-and-white state; All metal shell, dustproof and waterproof, can be directly used for outdoor installation, so as to achieve 24-hour all-weather monitoring.

  The output of all cameras are analog signals, which need to be connected to the network video encoder and converted into digital signals for network video remote transmission.

  3.2 coding transmission part:

  The coding transmission part is the part where the video signal is converted from analog to digital and transmitted to the network monitoring center through the network. In this project, due to the remote location of each gas well, it is not suitable to set up cables. Therefore, a Kaiwei single channel network video encoder is placed next to the analog camera, which is equipped with four channels of alarm signal input and two channels of alarm signal output. The analog video signals output by the camera and the alarm signals of the two defense areas can be directly converted into digital signals, and the video signals and alarm signals of each gas well can be transmitted to the network monitoring center through the wireless bridge.

  The network video encoder itself has the function of character superposition. When the camera accesses the real-time image to the network encoder, the encoder can manually mark the information of this video, and send the picture with characters back to the network video integrated management platform through the network in the way of character superposition, so that the image displayed in the network monitoring center, It can display the corresponding necessary information at the same time, such as the name of each gas well, camera number, channel name, date and time, and can be displayed in simplified Chinese characters.

  3.3 centralized management of network video:

  Network video centralized management software is the "heart" and "brain" of the whole system and the command center to realize the functions of the whole system. All network video signal alarm signals are connected to the network monitoring center through the network and incorporated into the network management platform through the network video centralized management software. This set of system platform mainly includes the following parts:
