　　GPRS telemetry rainfall observation station is composed of tipping bucket rainfall sensor, rainfall microcomputer collector, GPRS wireless data transmission module and solar power supply system. The rainfall microcomputer collector has the functions of automatic rainfall recording, historical data recording, data communication and so on. The rainfall electrical signal obtained by the tipping bucket rainfall sensor is transmitted to the rainfall microcomputer collector, which transmits the collected rainfall value to the data center computer through the GPRS data transmission module.
