  Acquisition part: in order to collect the analog output signal (0-5V, 4-20mA) of the primary instrument, we select the A / D converter with high resolution and low power consumption, and select intermittent sampling, that is, close the sampling channel when not sampling to further reduce the power consumption.   Transmission part: the transmission part is the key and difficult part, and its quality directly affects the stability of the monitoring system. The acquisition instrument we designed adopts GPRS communication mode. GPRS network has good coverage. It is based on TCP / IP protocol and charges according to traffic.

Draw instantaneous flow curve, pressure curve and temperature curve of some monitoring points in real time.

  5. Data storage backup function: the system database can be stored locally, and its storage time is determined according to the demand and computer configuration. In addition to the main dispatching monitoring center, the system can establish sub monitoring centers wherever it wants to establish sub centers, which are connected with the main monitoring center through GPRS network, which greatly facilitates user management and use. The authority of the sub monitoring center is limited to data monitoring, and downward operation is not allowed, which ensures the safety of the system.
